Mandalas for Healing and Growth

~ 2 hours

Your Challenge:

Mandalas are spiritual tools that open windows into areas of our unconscious mind, often hidden or obscure.  Through Sacred Geometry and color, they allow us to explore areas without the need of words, uncovering imbalances and wounds.

Working with Mandalas is beneficial to those that seek a technique for daily introspection in a fun and easy-to-use methodology.  The psychoanalyst Carl Jung saw the mandala as "a representation of the unconscious self," and believed his paintings of mandalas enabled him to identify emotional disorders and work towards wholeness in personality.

Spiritual Tools:

Mandalas provide a way to focus energy, evaluate where we are and heal all within the circle, the central point that is both a beginning and an end.  Mandalas can be used as spiritual teaching tools, for establishing a sacred space, and as an aid to meditation and personal exploration.  Combining Sacred Geometry and color, they open a window into the mind.

Practical Solutions:

Mandalas for Healing and Growth puts into practice the knowledge learned in Sacred Geometry I.  Utilizing the three primary shapes: triangle, square and cirle, you will develop methods for creating and understanding personal mandalas.  Color and line combinations will be experienced as you draw and analyze Mandalas in the class, providing you with a new tool for self-exploration and personal healing.

Bring crayons or colored pencils and be ready to color your internal world!
